Main
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (200g), skinless
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of rice (150g)
- 🧅 5cm minced green onion
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Poke holes with a fork, cut it in half lengthwise, flatten with the back of a knife, and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Mince the green onion.
Mix the rice, minced green onion, salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Spread the chicken flat, place the mixed rice near one edge, roll tightly, and secure with kitchen twine.
Place the sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe dish, add the chicken roll, cover with damp paper towels, spoon sauce over, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Flip the roll, cover loosely with plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for another 3 minutes, and let rest for 5 minutes.
Remove the twine, slice the roll into 1–2cm pieces, and drizzle with sauce before serving.
