Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 25cc sake
- 25cc mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 30cc soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 150cc water

Heat salad oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add chicken breast and sear both sides until browned.

Add all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover the pressure cooker and cook on medium heat until pressure builds, then reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the pressure naturally release. Remove the lid, flip the chicken, and let it cool to room temperature.
