- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken breast
Seasoning
- 💧 100cc water
- 100cc mirin
- 150cc soy sauce
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 slices ginger

Heat all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a pot.

Once boiling, add the chicken breast and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Flip the chicken and simmer for another 4 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool in the pot.
