- 🍗 150g chicken breast
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 2 crab sticks
Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
步驟
Heat the chicken breast in the microwave and let it cool slightly.
Shred the cooled chicken breast into small pieces.
Slice the onion thinly and soak in water for 10 minutes to remove its sharp taste.
Cut the yellow bell pepper in half, remove seeds and white parts, and slice thinly.
Repeat the same slicing process for the red bell pepper.
Slice the cucumber thinly, matching the length of other vegetables.
Tear the crab sticks into strips by hand.
Prepare the mustard sauce by mixing mustard, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, vinegar, and water.
Arrange the vegetables and chicken on a plate and drizzle with mustard sauce.
