Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken breast
- 🧅 1 onion
- 10 perilla leaves
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- a pinch of ground pepper
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- a drop of sesame oil
步驟
Prepare the chicken breast.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, sugar, ground pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
Marinate the chicken breast for 10 minutes.
Dice the onion and slice the perilla leaves.
Cook the chicken breast in a pan without oil.
Add the perilla leaves to the pan and cover with a lid briefly.
Add the diced onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry.
Place washed lettuce on a plate.
Serve the stir-fried chicken breast on top of the lettuce.
Garnish with additional sliced perilla leaves or green onion.
