- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Kaiware (radish sprouts) as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
步驟
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl and add sake, salt, and pepper. Massage the mixture into the chicken, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked through.
Add the seasoning mixture (mirin, soy sauce, and mayonnaise) to the pan and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Serve on a plate and garnish with kaiware.
