- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast
- 🥢 1/2 block tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, chopped
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion, chopped

步驟
Mince the chicken breast finely. If cooking for kids, ensure it is minced very well.
Chop the carrot, onion, and green onion finely. Optionally, add chili for a spicy kick.
Mash the tofu until smooth. This can be done easily by hand.
Combine minced chicken, mashed tofu, chopped vegetables, eggs, salt, pepper, and flour in a bowl. Mix well.
Form the mixture into round patties and flatten slightly. Cook on low heat until golden brown and cooked through.
