- 🍗 1 chicken breast
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 16 dumpling wrappers
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Chinese Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 10 mini tomatoes, quartered
- 🧅 5 cm green onion, minced
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Place chicken breast, water (enough to cover), sake, and salt in a pan. Heat on high until boiling, then reduce to low and cover. Simmer for 3 minutes, then turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove chicken.
Let the chicken cool slightly, then slice diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Quarter the mini tomatoes, mince the green onion, and slice the cucumber thinly.
Mix the sauce ingredients (mini tomatoes, green onion, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a pan. Cook 4 dumpling wrappers on low heat until golden on both sides. Repeat with remaining wrappers, adding more oil as needed.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate, layer dumpling wrappers, cucumber slices, and chicken pieces. Drizzle with the Chinese tomato sauce.
