Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
- 1/3 daikon radish (400g), grated
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 💧 150ml water
- 50ml 2x concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Peel and grate the daikon radish.

Slice the chicken breast diagonally into thin pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until both sides are golden brown.

Add water, soy sauce, grated ginger, and grated daikon to the pan. Stir well and simmer for about 3 minutes.
