- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步驟
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl, add sake and salt, and massage the chicken. Coat with potato starch.
In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 5mm depth over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces for 4-5 minutes, flipping occasionally until cooked through.
Add the fried chicken to the Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce and toss until evenly coated.
