- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
- 25g chives, chopped
- 🧅 40g green onion, thinly sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chili threads, as needed
Sweet Vinegar Chive Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and sake, and massage. Let sit for 5 minutes, then coat with cornstarch.
Cut the chives into 4cm lengths and thinly slice the green onion.
In a separate bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sesame seeds). Add the chives and green onion, and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes, flipping occasionally until fully cooked.
Plate the chicken, pour the sweet vinegar chive sauce over it, and garnish with chili threads.
