Main
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast, skinless
- 4 shiso leaves
- 2 umeboshi plums
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
步驟
Remove the pits from umeboshi and mash them. Cut shiso leaves into 5mm strips.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and mix with sake and potato starch.
In a separate bowl, mix mashed umeboshi with sake, mirin, and ponzu soy sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir-fry. Add shiso leaves and quickly stir-fry.
Plate the dish and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
