Main
- 🍗 2 chicken thighs
- 🥬 1 head of salad leaves
Marinade
- 3 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Side Dish
- 🧅 Sliced baby onions as needed
- Shishito peppers as needed
步驟
Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Make shallow cuts to help the marinade penetrate.
Mix marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add chicken. Let it marinate for a while.
Line a frying pan with foil and place marinated chicken, baby onions, and shishito peppers. Cook over medium to low heat until browned, then flip and cook through.
Arrange salad leaves on a plate and serve cooked chicken and vegetables on top.
