Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1 pack bok choy
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100cc water
Thickener
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Separate bok choy leaves and stems, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Slice king oyster mushrooms thinly lengthwise. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken thigh and stir-fry until the color changes. Add bok choy stems and king oyster mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (milk, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, water) and bok choy leaves. Bring to a boil.
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch and water) and mix until thickened. Serve hot.
