- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 💧 150ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp consomme
- 🥛 100ml fresh cream
- 2 tsp curry powder

Cut komatsuna into bite-sized pieces, slice onion into wedges, and chop chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add water, sake, and consomme. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then add onion and chicken. Simmer for about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Add komatsuna and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in fresh cream and curry powder, then simmer for another 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
