- 🍗 8 chicken drumsticks (480g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Curry Sauce Ingredients
- 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Mince the onion.
Mix the minced onion and curry sauce ingredients in a storage bag. Add chicken drumsticks and massage to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Lightly remove excess curry sauce from the chicken drumsticks.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Place chicken drumsticks skin-side down and cook over medium-low heat, turning occasionally, until browned. Cover and steam over low heat for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
Add the remaining curry sauce to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring until the onion softens and the sauce thickens.
Plate the chicken drumsticks and pour the thickened curry sauce over them.
