- 2 servings cooked kishimen noodles
Meat
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Pickled red ginger, as needed
- Fresh cilantro, as needed
- 🍋 Lemon slices, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Soup Base
- 💧 800ml water
- 50ml sake
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
