Main Ingredients
- 200g ground chicken
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Patty
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 100cc water
- 1 tsp potato starch
步驟
Mince the onion finely.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced onion, and the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, ginger, potato starch) until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties while removing air.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 7-8 minutes. Remove and plate.
In the same frying pan, add the sauce ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, water, potato starch) and mix. Heat over medium heat while stirring until thickened.
Pour the sauce over the hamburg steaks and serve.
