Main Ingredients
- 🍗 6 pieces of chicken
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
Vegetables
- 12 perilla leaves, chopped
- 3 green chilies, sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Remove bones from 6 pieces of chicken and chop finely.
Prepare 12 perilla leaves (chopped) and 3 green chilies (sliced).
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add the chopped chicken to the pan and stir-fry until heated through.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp rice wine, and 1/2 tsp black pepper, then stir-fry evenly.
Add 1.5 cups of cooked rice and stir-fry until well mixed.
Add the sliced chilies and stir-fry until evenly distributed.
Add the chopped perilla leaves, turn off the heat, and stir using residual heat.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds and stir to combine.
