Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken breast (3 pieces)
Vegetables
- 6 shiso leaves
- 🍄 1/3 pack enoki mushrooms
Staples
- Flour, as needed
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Remove the tendons from the chicken breast and slice it open from the center outward to flatten. Repeat for the other side.
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Place 2 shiso leaves and 1/3 of the enoki mushrooms on each chicken piece. Roll tightly from one end to form rolls. Coat the rolls lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the rolls and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and browned evenly. Add the seasoning mixture and cook until the liquid evaporates and coats the rolls. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
