- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 🧅 1/2 bunch scallions
- 🧅 1/2 leek
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut scallions into 3cm pieces and slice leek thinly at an angle.

Remove tendons from chicken tenders. Place chicken and sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Let the chicken cool slightly, then shred into bite-sized pieces. Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Add chicken, scallions, and leek to the bowl and mix well.
