- 🍗 200g chicken tender
Carbohydrate
- 30g vermicelli
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
- 70g mizuna greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
Dressing
- 2 tbsp chicken steaming broth
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
步驟
Steam chicken tenders with sake and a pinch of salt and pepper until cooked through. Reserve the steaming broth.
Soak vermicelli in hot water until softened, then drain.
Prepare vegetables: slice onion, julienne carrot, and chop mizuna greens.
Mix dressing ingredients: chicken steaming broth, sugar, olive oil, fish sauce, lemon juice, and pepper.
Combine chicken, vermicelli, vegetables, and dressing in a large bowl. Toss well.
Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
