- 🍗 200g chicken tenders, no sinew
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried wakame

- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Place chicken tenders in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, salt, and pepper, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
Rehydrate dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Mix sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add chicken, wakame, and kaiware sprouts, then toss to combine.
