- 🍗 300g chicken tender
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/5 carrot
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 pinch salt

Boil chicken tenders in water until fully cooked, approximately 10 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
