Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 chicken tenderloins
- 150g frozen taro
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame
步驟
Defrost the frozen taro.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and make shallow cuts in three places.
Place the taro, chicken, and sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes with the wrap on to cook through with residual heat. Drain any excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, miso, ground sesame). Add the taro and shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, then mix everything together.
