- 🍗 500g chicken breast
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 10cm green onion
Seasoning
- 1-1.5 tbsp potato starch
Teriyaki Sauce
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp mirin
- 6 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
Japanese-style Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2/3 tsp vinegar
- 1/3 tsp mustard sauce
步驟
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Scramble 3 eggs in a frying pan using chopsticks.
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Mix 1-1.5 tbsp potato starch with the chicken pieces in a plastic bag.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until golden brown.
Gradually pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and simmer until glossy.
Layer scrambled eggs, teriyaki chicken, and green onions over rice.
Drizzle Japanese-style mayonnaise on top before serving.
