Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl
- 🍗 210g chicken thigh
- 🧂 25g soy sauce
- 25g mirin
- 💧 25g water
- 🥚 1 egg
- A small amount of vegetable oil
- 🥬 A small amount of baby greens
步驟
Soak chicken thigh in milk for 20 minutes to remove odor, then heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook chicken for about 7 minutes.
Prepare teriyaki sauce by mixing soy sauce, mirin, water, and sugar in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 3–5 minutes, flipping the chicken to coat evenly.
Scramble the egg in a separate pan to serve alongside the rice bowl.
Place rice in a bowl, top with teriyaki chicken, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with scrambled egg and baby greens.
