- 🍗 2 chicken thighs (400g)
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- Shichimi togarashi to taste
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Pierce chicken thighs with a fork in several places. Place chicken and sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) into a plastic bag, massage to coat, and let marinate for 10 minutes. Reserve the marinade.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the reserved marinade, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
Top the chicken evenly with pizza cheese, cover, and heat for 1 minute until the cheese melts. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Heat the remaining marinade in the pan until thickened. Serve the chicken on a plate, drizzle with the thickened sauce, and sprinkle Shichimi togarashi if desired.
