Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
- 🌿 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion thinly, separate the maitake mushrooms by hand, and chop the parsley roughly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add onion and maitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then add sake, salt, pepper, and butter, mixing well.
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped parsley.
