- 🍗 1 piece chicken thigh (200g)
- A pinch of sansho for topping
Sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/4 tsp sansho

Mix all sauce ingredients (☆) in a microwave-safe container.

Pierce the chicken skin with a fork in several places and coat both sides with the sauce in the container.

Place the chicken skin-side down in the container without covering and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip the chicken and microwave for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, plate, and sprinkle with sansho.
