- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🥕 100g carrot
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 💧 200ml water
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder

Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces and slice the chicken thigh into chunks.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and sear until golden on both sides.

Add the carrot and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
