- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin slices (about 1cm). Thinly slice the garlic.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, grated garlic) and massage well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook until golden brown, then remove the garlic from the pan.
Using the same pan, add the marinated chicken and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip the chicken and reduce heat to low, cooking for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Add the green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Plate the dish and sprinkle the golden garlic slices on top.
