- 🍗 12 chicken wings (720g)
- 🥬 300g napa cabbage
- 200g shungiku
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
Broth
- 💧 800cc water
- 100cc white dashi
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
步驟
Make cuts along the bone of each chicken wing.
Cut the napa cabbage into 1cm wide pieces, trim the stems of shungiku and cut into 5cm lengths, and slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly.
Add chicken wings and water to a pot, bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add the remaining broth ingredients and mix lightly.
Add shungiku stems, napa cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes until the napa cabbage softens. Add shungiku leaves and cook briefly.
