- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 100g bean sprouts
- 20g frozen green peas
Seasoning
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Place bean sprouts, green peas, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Slice the chikuwa into rings.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, mayonnaise, sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add the chikuwa, bean sprouts, and green peas, then toss to combine.
