- 1 piece cod roe

- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin

Cut kombu into bite-sized pieces, julienne the carrot, slice chikuwa diagonally, and remove cod roe from its skin.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry all ingredients except cod roe until coated with oil.
