Main Ingredients
- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), julienned
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain well.

Trim the ends of the cucumber and julienne it into thin strips.

Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into thin pieces.

In a bowl, mix the gochujang, mayonnaise, and white sesame seeds. Add the chikuwa, cucumber, and wakame, then toss to combine.
