Main Ingredients
- 300g stir-fry pork loin
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2-3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- Frozen mantou buns
Optional Ingredients
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
Meat Marinade
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp rice wine
步驟
Marinate the pork with rice wine, minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
Slice the yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and shiitake mushrooms. Chop the green chilies if using.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing chili oil, minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and rice wine.
Heat chili oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add marinated pork to the pan and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry on high heat.
Pour the prepared seasoning into the pan and stir-fry until the pork and vegetables are fully cooked.
Steam the frozen mantou buns in a steamer or microwave for 1.5 minutes.
Serve the stir-fried pork and vegetables with steamed mantou buns.
