- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 400g Chinese cabbage
Noodles
- 30g vermicelli
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 150ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté ground pork, grated ginger, and grated garlic over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, and water) and vermicelli to the pan. Bring to a boil, then layer the cabbage on top. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add it to the pan. Increase to medium heat and stir until the stew thickens.
