- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned

- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Julienne the cucumber into thin strips.
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, pierce it with a fork several times, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes. Let it cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Add the shredded chicken, cucumber, seasoned jellyfish, and toasted sesame seeds. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
