- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut nanohana into 2–3 equal pieces.

Cut ham into thirds and then into thin strips.

Boil vermicelli for about 2 minutes, drain, and cut into appropriate lengths.

Add salt to the boiling water used for vermicelli and blanch nanohana for 1–2 minutes.

Combine all ingredients and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
