- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 2 leaves cabbage (160g)
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water
- A dash of chili oil
步驟
Cut the cabbage into 1cm strips. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice both the stems and caps into 5mm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground meat and grated ginger, cooking until the meat changes color. Add chicken stock powder, salt, and water, bringing to a boil. Then add the cabbage and shiitake mushrooms, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Serve in bowls, garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped green onion, and drizzle with chili oil.
