Cut the leek lengthwise, remove the core, and slice thinly. Soak the sliced leek in water and drain to make shredded leek.

Place salt, chicken stock powder, and shredded leek into a bowl. Tear the seasoned seaweed into pieces and add on top. Pour hot water and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
