- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 handful of chives
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. Do not add seasoning to the egg mixture.
Heat a pan with enough oil on high heat until it starts to smoke slightly.
Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and gently stir to create scrambled eggs.
Add the chopped chives (about 4–5 cm long) and stir-fry quickly.
