Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🥬 200g cabbage
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Seasonings
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Cut the cucumber into thin diagonal slices and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces after removing the core.
Place the cucumber and cabbage in a bowl, add salt, massage them, and let sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Add the seasonings (ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil) into a storage bag.
Add the cucumber and cabbage to the bag, remove air, seal, and massage. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Squeeze out excess water from the vegetables and serve on a plate.
