- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
- 30g zha cai, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Mix ground pork, sake, salt, pepper, and chicken stock powder in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir well.

Cut mizuna into 3cm pieces, slice green onion thinly, and chop zha cai coarsely.

In a large bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add mizuna, green onion, zha cai, and cooked pork. Toss well.
