- 🥕 1/3 carrot

- 40g vermicelli noodles
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, and let it soften. Then, pat dry with kitchen paper. Slice the carrot into thin strips.

Boil water in a pot, add the carrot and vermicelli noodles, and cook until the noodles are soft. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a bowl, combine the cabbage, cooked carrot and noodles, and the seasoning ingredients (☆). Mix well.
