Fish
- 🐟 4 sardines, cleaned (360g)
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (60g)
- 100g bamboo shoots, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water
步驟
Slice bell peppers and bamboo shoots as described.
Prepare sardines by removing the backbone and patting dry. Season with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat half the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook sardines skin-side down until golden, then flip and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Wipe the pan clean and heat the remaining oil. Stir-fry bean sprouts, bell peppers, and bamboo shoots briefly. Add the sauce mixture and cook until thickened. Pour over sardines.
