食材
Protein
- 🍗 100g minced chicken (thigh)
Tofu
- 1/2 block fried tofu (100g)
Vegetables
- 2 turnips with leaves (240g)
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 200ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the turnip into wedges and slice the leaves into 1cm pieces. Peel the turnip skin.
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil and doubanjiang in a pan, then add minced chicken and stir-fry until cooked.
Add turnip wedges, tofu, and all seasoning except soy sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce, cover again, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Add turnip leaves and cook briefly. Stir in cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.
