- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
- A pinch of chili threads
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut off both ends of the cucumbers. Lightly smash them with a rolling pin to create cracks, then break them into bite-sized pieces by hand.

Place the cucumbers and the seasonings (marked ☆) into a plastic bag. Massage the bag until the cucumbers are well coated. Remove air from the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chili threads.
