- 2 tbsp shirasu

- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 150 ml water

Cut the chingensai into bite-sized pieces. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it lightly.

In a pot, combine the seasonings (dashi powder, mentsuyu, and water) and bring to a boil. Add the chingensai and shirasu, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.

Pour the beaten egg into the pot and cook until the egg is set. Serve immediately.
